I suggest you ...

You've used all your votes and won't be able to post a new idea, but you can still search and comment on existing ideas.

There are two ways to get more votes:

  • When an admin closes an idea you've voted on, you'll get your votes back from that idea.
  • You can remove your votes from an open idea you support.
  • To see ideas you have already voted on, select the "My feedback" filter and select "My open ideas".

  1. Allow rich text in emails

    Allow the ablitity to change the font text, size, color, alignment, etc. for outgoing mails.

  5. Email distribution groups

    I have a few groups of contacts to whom I send emails periodically. I don't see that I can set up groups of contacts in TouchMail. If this capability doesn't exist, please add it! It's not entirely a deal-killer that will drive me back to Outlook (yet), but it is very inconvenient.

  6. lock email messages

    lock email messages, so if you delete all or haven't moved it to specified folder locked email messages will remain

  7. Batch Flag/Unflag and Archive

    Have one of the options when selecting multiple emails be to flag/unflag. Also add button to archive (instead of taking 2 clicks to click on move to folder>archive)

  9. A good email service provider.

    I really love TouchMail. It is interactive and interesting to use. Very colourful and well organized. But is it possible to delete existing folder? I could not find that option.

    Hi Caral, we’re glad you like using the app! At this time we don’t have the ability to remove folders from the app, but you can delete them using your email provider (e.g. in a browser).
