    Absolutely....., this would save a lot of time when you are a new user. Also when a feature is upgraded or a new one is introduced, the instructions for these could be added. Just another thing..... where there are instructions please could Touchmail illustrate these with colour pictures of how the screen should look at each stage instead of just black and white writing. Increasing ease of user learning would be much appreciated.

    Absolutely..... increased personalization in all ways (a larger selection of colours, personal choice of icon for each sender etc.) would all greatly improve Touchmail. Any users may benefit from this but, Touchmail should also be continuously aware of the needs of the visually impaired and how a greater choice of colours, layout etc. may be of benefit.
