You've used all your votes and won't be able to post a new idea, but you can still search and comment on existing ideas.

There are two ways to get more votes:

  • When an admin closes an idea you've voted on, you'll get your votes back from that idea.

  1. Sync ALL mails, not just to a certain date

    I noticed mails are synced with TouchMail, only goes up to a certain date, then it stops syncing even if i deleted the mails that were already synced

  2. Account names

    The program allows to name accounts, but it does not use the names on the account menu It is very confusing to choose from accounts that basically all are by your name.

  5. Separate signatures for each email account

    I use this for business and personal. I don't want the same signature for each account. This is a pretty basic concept, not sure why it wasn't done from the beginning.

  6. Add "Select All" functionality

    When you highlight a message in the inbox and click "just from them" there should then be a feature to "select all".

    What if I am isolating +100 old messages from say Groupon or something that I want to delete in bulk. I have to click on each date heading individually in order to catch them all... it feels like a bad pokimon game, and not really a time saver.

    I know I can sort my inbox by sender; then scroll alphabetically until I arrive at say Groupon emails, and click the checkbox there to select them all, then delete...…

  8. FIXED -- KNOWN ISSUE: Update Gmail sign in (April 30 2017)

    5/11/2017 -- A fix for this issue was pushed to the Store yesterday and should be available now for download/upgrade. Look for version 1.2.74.170 to make sure you have the latest update to fix Gmail accounts.

  9. Windows 10 Notifications

    Please integrate with the Windows 10 Action Center. Since the MS Mail app blows, I need something that works well in Windows 10 and your app seems to be the only real option. So it would be great to see it have actionable notifications. It would also be great to have notifications be removed when I have viewed that email.

  10. Scrollable Folder List when Moving Emails

    When trying to move emails from the inbox to another folder, my folder list does not scroll (I have a large number of folders 'under' my inbox) -- as soon as I touch and hold any folder in the list which pops up after hitting the 'move' icon, the selected emails move into that folder. I'd prefer to be able to scroll through my list of folders rather than have the selected emails immediately move into the first folder I touch.

  11. Be able to allow for photos/logos in signatures

  12. attachment indicator

    When viewing the tiles in the inbox currently no way to tell which one has attachments. Just like a FLAG indicator need an indicator for attachments. Perhaps a u-pin on the tile. Right now I have to log into gmail to figure out which thread has attachments.

  13. Smoother Transitions

    App is beautiful, but somehow the transitions are not that smooth. Sometimes, it feels and looks a little bit more rough than what it really is. Just review this part and the UX will be perfect.

  14. Move "close" on email to top right

    Very frustrating when closing an email as I tend to click the cross at the top right which closes the whole app. As you can't un-dock and email the most natural thing is to close it at the top right not over on the left. Or you could just un-dock open emails so they are separated from the background. At the moment the email looks like the cross belongs to the open mail not the app

  16. The x in right corner is for closing the app, I know...but I keep hitting it to close a specific email window. Fix?

    You might put a prompt in before closing TouchMail so that people don't hit the x thinking it will only close an email, and instead shut the app down.

  17. Windows 10 notifications when app is closed

    Notify on information bar in Windows 10 when new mail arrives, even if he app is closed.

  18. KNOWN ISSUE: Yahoo sign in issue affecting some Yahoo accounts

    5/1/2017 -- We've had a small number of users reporting issues signing in with their Yahoo accounts. We're in touch with Yahoo to learn more and are investigating the issue. We will provide a resolution as soon as we have one. This only affects some Yahoo accounts. We're sorry for the inconvenience in the meantime.

  19. Fix dpi scaling

    Certain elements don’t scale correctly. The text at the bottom for instance or the folder list. On devices like surface book everything is a little to small.

  20. Have Inbox, Sent and Deleted folders at the top of the list

    I have a lot of email folders because I like to keep my inbox as clean as possible. I use Inbox, Sent and Deleted folders more than all the others, and it would be useful to have them at the top of the folder list.
