I suggest you ...

You've used all your votes and won't be able to post a new idea, but you can still search and comment on existing ideas.

There are two ways to get more votes:

  • When an admin closes an idea you've voted on, you'll get your votes back from that idea.
  • You can remove your votes from an open idea you support.
  • To see ideas you have already voted on, select the "My feedback" filter and select "My open ideas".

  1. Windows 10 notifications when app is closed

    Notify on information bar in Windows 10 when new mail arrives, even if he app is closed.

  2. Sync ALL mails, not just to a certain date

    I noticed mails are synced with TouchMail, only goes up to a certain date, then it stops syncing even if i deleted the mails that were already synced

  4. Add "Select All" functionality

    When you highlight a message in the inbox and click "just from them" there should then be a feature to "select all".

    What if I am isolating +100 old messages from say Groupon or something that I want to delete in bulk. I have to click on each date heading individually in order to catch them all... it feels like a bad pokimon game, and not really a time saver.

    I know I can sort my inbox by sender; then scroll alphabetically until I arrive at say Groupon emails, and click the checkbox there to select them all, then delete...…

  5. mass delete emails from a given sender

    I group emails by sender at the smallest zoom so I can see who is cluttering up my inbox but I then have to right click on each one then delete after all that. Would be helpful if could select a whole group and delete.

  6. FIXED -- KNOWN ISSUE: Update Gmail sign in (April 30 2017)

    5/11/2017 -- A fix for this issue was pushed to the Store yesterday and should be available now for download/upgrade. Look for version 1.2.74.170 to make sure you have the latest update to fix Gmail accounts.

    4/30/2017 -- Recently Gmail has changed their authentication model and users are being presented with a dialog asking them to paste a code into the app.

  7. KNOWN ISSUE: Yahoo sign in issue affecting some Yahoo accounts

    5/1/2017 -- We've had a small number of users reporting issues signing in with their Yahoo accounts. We're in touch with Yahoo to learn more and are investigating the issue. We will provide a resolution as soon as we have one. This only affects some Yahoo accounts. We're sorry for the inconvenience in the meantime.

    Email's should open large first not small with the option to enlarge.

  10. Fix dpi scaling

    Certain elements don’t scale correctly. The text at the bottom for instance or the folder list. On devices like surface book everything is a little to small.

  12. attachment indicator

    When viewing the tiles in the inbox currently no way to tell which one has attachments. Just like a FLAG indicator need an indicator for attachments. Perhaps a u-pin on the tile. Right now I have to log into gmail to figure out which thread has attachments.

  16. Allow archive along with color change

    Please remove the current TWO-STEP process of having to change color and then archive. I should be able to right-click, change color, and then click Archive without leaving where I am at!

  17. Increase UI

    New laptops are starting to come out with 3200 * 1800 resolution.
    Increasing the Display settings in windows 10 increases the text however the issue is it doesn't increase the actual UI size.
    Please can we have a UI resizer.

  18. Windows 10 Notifications

    Please integrate with the Windows 10 Action Center. Since the MS Mail app blows, I need something that works well in Windows 10 and your app seems to be the only real option. So it would be great to see it have actionable notifications. It would also be great to have notifications be removed when I have viewed that email.

  19. Have Inbox, Sent and Deleted folders at the top of the list

    I have a lot of email folders because I like to keep my inbox as clean as possible. I use Inbox, Sent and Deleted folders more than all the others, and it would be useful to have them at the top of the folder list.

  20. The x in right corner is for closing the app, I know...but I keep hitting it to close a specific email window. Fix?

    You might put a prompt in before closing TouchMail so that people don't hit the x thinking it will only close an email, and instead shut the app down.
